ITIL® 4 Leader – Digital & IT Strategy (ITIL 4 DITS)
This module focuses on the importance and challenges of creating an appropriate digital strategy to enable the success of businesses and how it can (and should) be integrated to the IT strategy and aligned with the wider organization’s goals. It explores the use of the ITIL framework to support organizations in their digital transformation journey by providing a structured and flexible approach for addressing service management challenges and utilizing the potential of modern technology to get the most value from digital technology. It also adds a new perspective to the ITIL suite and elevates the discussion around ITIL concepts to the very strategic level among companies and business leaders.

The course price includes a certification that is conducted online at any time and place.

Target group
  • Individuals continuing their journey in service management
  • ITSM managers and aspiring ITSM managers
  • ITSM practitioners who are responsible for managing and integrating stakeholders, focus on the customer journey and experience, and/or are responsible for fostering relationships with partners and suppliers
  • Existing ITIL qualification holders wishing to develop their knowledge.
Exam Student must pass a 60 minute, 30 question closed book multiple choice, examination with a passing score of 70% in order to receive this certification. 4 in-course, case study based, practical assignments is required to be able to take the exam.
Prerequisites This module has ITIL 4 Foundation as a prerequisite. If candidates have completed the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition module, this will also be accepted as a prerequisite. In addition, the ITIL 4 Leader modules requires a minimum of three years of IT managerial experience.
