ITIL 4 Specialist – Drive Stakeholder Value

ITIL® 4 Specialist Create Deliver and Support (ITIL 4 CDS) module covers the ‘core’ service management activities and expands the current scope of ITIL to cover the ‘creation’ of services. This module focuses on the integration of different value streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT-enabled products and services whilst also covering supporting practices, methods and tools.

The ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) qualification is intended to provide the candidate with an understanding of all types of engagement and interactions between a service provider and their customers, users, suppliers and partners, including key CX, UX and journey mapping concepts.

The course price includes a certification that is conducted online at any time and place.

Target group

This course is aimed at individuals in management and service management roles who have a responsibility for the practices such as software engineer/developer, DevOps Manager/Specialist, Solution Architect, etc., as well as individuals who want to acquire the ITIL Managing Professional (MP) designation.

Exam Student must pass a 90 minute, 40 question closed book multiple choice, examination with a passing score of 70% in order to receive this certification.
Prerequisites For this course you are required to have successfully attained your ITIL 4 Foundation certificate.
