Planning, Protection and Optimization (PPO)

Target group | The target group of the ITIL Certificate in Planning, Protection and Optimization is:

Exam | The examination is closed book and made up of multiple choice questions based on a scenario. Students will be allowed 120 minutes to answer the questions. You need at least 70% (28/40 points) to pass. |
Prerequisites | Candidates wishing topass the examination for this qualification must already hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate. |
You’ll learn
You get a deeper understanding of the part of the ITIL framework related to the enforcement of IT service availability. The course is aimed primarily at people working actively with the planning and operation of IT services from an accessibility perspective, both in design and operations phase. You get answers to questions about the availability will be planned and measured in the best way, and why it is so important to have continuity management.
